Step by step guide on how to buy a product.

Please login OR register for free. |
| Step 2: |
When logged in, go to the product you are interested in. You will see an "Add to Cart" button with the product. Click this button to add the the item to your cart. You can add multiple items to your cart. |
| Step 3: |
Go to the "My Cart" page (link on the top right of your screen). Here you can review the item/s you have added to your cart. You can also update product quantities by adding a new quantity in the quantity text box and clicking "Update Cart", or you can delete a product by checking the "Delete" check box and then clicking "Update Cart". If you are in possession of a discount or a gift voucher then you can add your coupon code in the text box provided and click "Add", your cart amount will automatically be reduced. |

When your are satisfied with the product/s in you cart, click the "Final Checkout" button at the bottom of your cart. |
| Step 5: |
Finish the checkout by following the instructions and clicking the "Next" button. The last page of the checkout is the payment type page. Here you will be able to choose which payment type will suite you. We only have Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT), Credit card and PayPal options available. |
| Step 6: |
Pay for your product/s:
When choosing the Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) option; the system will send you an e-mail with our banking details. When the payment is visable in our account we will mark the order as payed. (Note: you will only have 5 days to make payment. If no payment has been received within 5 days, the order will be cancelled.)
When choosing the Credit Card option; you will be redirected to the Netcash payment gateway where you will be asked for your credit card details. (Note: the Netcash payment gateway is completly safe. You can read more about Netcash here.) After payment is successfull your order will automatically be marked as payed.
When choosing the PayPal option; you will be redirected to the PayPal payment gateway where you will be asked for your PayPal credentails. (Note: using PayPal you will only be able to pay in dollars($). After payment is successfull your order will automatically be marked as payed. |
| Step 7: |
When your payment was succseful then go to the "My Account" page (link on the top right of your screen) - make sure you are logged in. |
| Step 8: |
On the "My Account" page, go to the link "Order Details" next to your order. |
| Step 9: |
On this "Order details" page, the download link will appear. |
